About the role
We are hiring an experienced project manager to run our client engagements from kickoff to delivery. You will be the connective tissue between clients, designers, and engineers, keeping everyone aligned and momentum high.
This role suits someone who has managed digital product projects for several years and knows how to keep quality and timelines in balance.
What you’ll do
- Own project planning, scope, timelines, and delivery across multiple engagements.
- Run client communication, status updates, and expectation setting.
- Coordinate designers and engineers, unblocking the team day to day.
- Track risks and budgets, and keep projects moving without compromising quality.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years managing digital product or software projects.
- A track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfort working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in a design or product studio environment.
- Familiarity with modern design and engineering workflows.
